We rent this furnished studio with balcony, cellar compartment and outside parking space. The apartment is free as of November 1st, 2020, or by arrangement. We only address long-term tenants. The studio can be rented as a residence or as a holiday home. We only conclude rental contracts with a term of at least one year. Seasonal inquiries are not processed. An indoor swimming pool is available to residents of the Skyline House property.
